Trix is generally a pretty good girl, although she is in her "terrible twos," which can be pretty interesting with a high strung breed like Border Collies.  Case in point, she considers all toys hers, and if she can't figure out what else to do with an new one, she'll attempt to eat it.  Since she's also been good about not chewing on things that aren't toys, it's not generally a problem.  Generally.

Our neighbors have two teen girls who like to play volley ball in their back yard.  On rare occasions the ball gets away from them and goes over the fence.  Not usually a problem, they just knock on the door and we retrieve it for them.  Unfortunately the last time this happened we weren't around and Trix was in back by herself.  When the Missus went to let her in, she saw the chewed up remains of the volley ball.  Oops.  Fortunately, the neighbors saw the humor in the situation.
